Our mission is to empower and uplift Black Women in multifamily. By offering mentorship, education, and a supportive sisterhood, we aim to increase representation, while spreading awareness and inclusion in the industry.

Since 2022, our membership has grown to represent nation wide. Our women's group represents over 18 states, including South Carolina, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Florida, Arkansas, Mississippi, Ohio, Virginia, Kentucky, Texas, California, North Carolina, Tennessee, Michigan, New York, Colorado, Georgia, and Washington!
