A Word From Our Founder

In June 2022, I found myself finishing another great industry conference, realizing there was a resounding call for something more, something specific, something for Black Women. 

I had noticed varying representation of Black Women throughout the conference, realizing there was a need for a space - a circle of cultivation - one organically for and by the people meant to serve...

I sent out a LinkedIn message, reaching out to women through the network I had made through my involvement through various multifamily organizations. This snowballed into a vast message thread of women throughout the country who were ready to support, grow, develop - cultivate each other! 

In 2023, I realized black men needed a similar space, and the men's group was born.

These women (and men!) represent all parts of our nation, all aspects of multifamily real estate, all walks of life! These people are facilitators, leaders, credential holders, trailblazers, and more - continuously pouring into their organizations, family, friends, and more. 

Now it's our time to pour back into them. Women and men in our collective are industry leaders, award winners, fellowship awardees, entrepreneurship, subject matter expert, association volunteers, and more.
